The 2014 GAPBS conference brings together educators, parents, community members, and university researchers to share best practices in positive behavior support, inclusion, and improving school climate. This year’s conference offers the following five presentation tracks: K-12 – Presentations on positive behavior support practices for elementary through high school settings. Presentations will be organized according to content that is relevant to elementary school, middle school, high school, and special populations DOE PBIS- Presentations from Georgia Department of Education PBIS schools Birth through Five - Presentations teach attendees the Pyramid Model of positive behavior support Family – Presentations on positive behavior support in the home and community Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS) – Features recognized districts, schools and/or GNETS programs who are working directly with the State PBIS Team, have a District Leadership Team in place, and an active district coordinator.
